The story behind Three Flavors One Soul. SAAM means ‘three’ in Thai, and it has a few meanings for us. First, it represents our three chefs, who each bring their own perspective and experience. It also reflects the three core flavors that inspire our cooking—spicy, sour, and salty—which are at the heart of many Thai dishes.

Chef Ton and team menu is inspired by regional and traditional Thai cuisine from across Thailand. We honor those recipes and authenticity while reinterpreting them with modern techniques and high-quality local California ingredients.
